The Philadelphia Job Corps Center is located in South Philadelphia, PA. The Center is entirely non-residential and serves 319 students. It offers vocational training in 8 trades, multiple high school diploma programs, a high school equivalency program and college certification/degree programs through Community College of Philadelphia. Virtually all students are from Philadelphia County, with a small percentage from Delaware County.

The Philadelphia Center is the former Quartermaster's Corps Administration Headquarters. Training is delivered through one building that encompasses several floors. The Center is locally referred to as the Philadelphia Job Corps Life Science Institute due to its wealth of healthcare training options. It is located in an urban area and has immediate access to several bus stations, stores and shopping markets.
