Auditing
Financial, Procurement, Program Data - Specializes in the development of auditing and compliance management systems for our clients. Ensure client data and Personal Identifiable Information is handled with security and integrity.

Specializes in the startup of new facilities and the maintenance of historically registered and/or relevant properties. Opening new, state-of-the art, purpose-built facilities, including budget management and schedule oversight. Managing highly specialized maintenance requirements, including Civil War era stone masonry buildings
Security Services
Provides consultation services to improve client’s facility security. This includes development and implementation of security plans, security staffing and training, perimeter control, visitor control and investigations.
Safety/OSH Compliance

Property and Warehouse Management - Care, custody and control of millions of dollars in Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) at federal facilities. We specialize in the management and security of expendable and non-expendable government property, including serialized items.
Transportation Services
Services include bus/transportation operations, vehicle maintenance/repair upkeep and oversight of GSA vehicle utilization.
Residence Management, Case Management and Recreation Services
We develop professional training, programs guides and procedures for all aspects of residential management. Provide collaborative case management services to assistant program participants in meeting personal and career goals. Establishes effective positive normative culture, behavior management systems and procedures creating a structure that incentivizes positive behavior and social skills development; preparing participants to transition into the professional environment.
Emergency Shelter Services
24/7 emergency shelter management services for neglected, abandoned and abused minor children between the ages of infant and 18.
Child Care Operations
Services provided to children in support of workforce program participants to include on-site child care centers, off-site child care partnerships, parent/child dormitories, wrap-around services and programming.

Talent Development
Implementation and maintenance of comprehensive employee skills development, training and personal attributes via engagement programs to meet current and future talent demands and to develop and retain quality, high performing, and diverse talent. Services include conducting employee development needs assessments; designing employee development programs; administering and delivering employee development programs (Learning Management) and evaluating the overall effectiveness of the agency's employee development approach. The function includes the following sub-functions: Talent Development Planning and Strategy; Workforce Development and Training; and Learning Management.
Job Corps Services
Job Corps is the largest federal residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 55 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment. Job Corps has trained and educated over two million individuals since 1964.
