The Mississippi Job Corps Center is located in Crystal Springs, MS, approximately 30 miles south of Jackson. The Center serves 277 residential students and 15 non-residential students. It offers vocational training in 7 trades, multiple high school diploma/high school equivalency programs and a college certification/degree program with Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Students are primarily from central and southern Mississippi. The Center is located on 32 acres of land in a semi-rural area of charming Crystal Springs, the Tomatopolis of the World.
