Adams serves as the One-Stop Manager for the Howard County Workforce Development Area. In this role, Adams coordinates, monitors and reports on the service delivery of participating partners as specified within the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Howard County Workforce Development Area. We conduct quarterly meetings with the Howard County American Job Center (AJC) partners to address entity updates and/or concerns and to facilitate quality services. Our mission is to ensure continuous compliance with the AJC MOU and Resource Sharing Agreement (RSA).
