The Keystone Job Corps Center is located in Drums, PA, near the city of Hazelton. Keystone is among the nation’s oldest Job Corps Centers having opened its doors in 1967. The Keystone Center houses 471 residential students. It offers training in 14 trades, 2 online high school diploma programs and a college/certification degree program through Luzerne County Community College. The majority of students are from eastern Pennsylvania. The Center sits on 170 acres and is located just a short drive from Hazelton and the Pocono Raceway.
